the user learn to use it's menus, tools, and options. The Airport
program includes many 3D macros and was created by The Flight Sim
Group to build sceneries for FS98 and previous FS versions. FS2000
sceneries can be created with the use of the Airport upgrade

| Because
of my moral values, I believe that one should NOT get GREEDY
with their fun HOBBY and charge money or compensation for
creating add-on FS files. For this reason, "DO
NOT" download or
view the below tutorials if your going to create pay ware FS
scenery add-on files using the knowledge from within
them. I will only help and support FREEWARE
intentions.
I
STRONGLY support "FREEWARE
ONLY" for FS
add-ons |

| For those that would like to
add SEASONAL AND NIGHT LIGHTING EFFECT
POLYGONS to their scenery area,
Garvin Barnicoat and I created this tutorial. With "Barney"
being the teacher and me the student, I learned to place these
effects into our sceneries enhancing the "AS REAL AS IT GETS"
effects. This tutorial covers the basics workings on an HTML
file with pictures. Enjoy ! |

Area16N Place the
Flatten Information directly into the scenery bgl file that FS
reads. Doing this will make it so our fellow FS users will NOT
have to enter the FS Scenery Library or have to mess with the FS
Scenery.cfg file for a flatten switch. This short and easy to
understand tutorial is created for those that are using a scenery
design program that doesn't support this option, like the Airport
scenery design program. |

Taking
the little extra time to setup and add the Airport Program
Background Image can make a BIG difference when it comes time to create your
scenery area. This step by step easy to follow tutorial with
screenshot pictures will help you do just that. The background
image is simply a must for creating a great looking and detailed
scenery area. After learning to do this, you'll never want to
see that BLACK background ever
again. |

Manually
Compiling A Scenery.bgl This process is needed
in times that we want to tweak the scasm source code file manually
to add options to the scenery.bgl that are not supported by the
scenery designing program. This tutorial will show you just
how super easy it is to compile with SCASM.exe using the MS DOS
Prompt directly from the hard drive. |
