Dual compiling capability added so that both FS9 and FSX scenery can be produced.  In testing, the BGLComp compilers are not the same, and the correct compiler must be used for the target system.

Reversion to Build 34 coordinate system due to incompatibilities with the WGS84 Geoid UTM system and Flight Simulator 2004.  Work continues on this, but it appears the Flight Simulator may not have fully implemented the WGS84 coordinate system it claims to be based on.

Many enhancements and improvements in this major update.

Flatten areas using SCASM code have been added.  Since XML provides no way to flatten scenery, this was added back using the old scenery method and SCASM.  This code will go into the same separate BGL that the API objects are in.

Coordinate system is now very accurate in converting from latitude/longitude to x,y coordinates over long distances.  The WGS84 Geoid is used with UTM conversions to get coordinates.

LWM Module is installed using the BGLC compiler to make land / water areas on the scenery.

API objects now enabled.  API macros written in SCASM can now be added just like other 3D objects.  The compiler will use BGLComp for XML code, and SCASM on API code, creating two BGL files which are copied over to Flight Simulator.

SceneGenX now reads the MDL file to get the Bounding Box size and the required texture files.  Thanks to Arno Gerretsen for help on the mdl file format.

MDL objects are show actual size and heading on the scenery.  The outline is still a rectangle, however.

Texture files required for the MDL file are automatically determined during installation.

The MDL files can optionally be compiled to a separate library BGL file rather than to the scenery BGL file.  All MDL objects can be put in one separate library.

There is an option for each MDL scenery object to put the MDL file in the scenery BGL file or not.  Testing has shown there is no FS error if the MDL file is in both a separate library file and the scenery BGL file.  This option to include in the scenery BGL file makes it easier to distribute the scenery.

Addition of user created MDL file scenery objects.  To use an MDL file, create a scenery object and click on the MDL Object tab.  MDL objects are stored in the \USERMDL directory and their textures are stored in the \MDLTexture directory.  SGX will automatically copy the MDL file into the compilation directory to avoid location errors.  A number of MDL files from the default scenery for Phoenix and DFW Airport are included for examples

Fix bug on runway offset threshold surface type value.  (Notes;  there was a bug in B26 which would not save blastway and offsets in some cases.  In fixing this, you should check your values of your runways using B28)

New method for creating taxi segments from points - click on first point, click on second point, then right-click and select:  Create Taxi Segment.  The two points will already be entered.  This makes it much faster.
