If you're experiencing a problem with Airport, please fill out and submit the following bug report form.  

If you have problems with this bug report form, please just send an email to:  sgxsupport@earthlink.net

If what you want to make a constructive suggestion for enhancing the program, please use our suggestion form instead.

Note:  Flaming emails are immediately erased and ignored. This is a hobby done for fun.

Bug Report Form

When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes.  Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  1. Please enter a brief one-line description of the problem:

    (example: "System error message when starting")
  2. What's the problem.  Please be specific in describing what sequence you used to get to the problem, and tell me if it is reproducible:

    (example: "1. Create a new file. 2. Insert some text ...")
  3. What version of SceneGenX or Airport for Windows you using?

  4. What version of Flight Simulator are you using?

  5. What operating system are you using?

  6. What Language is the Windows Version (Regional Settings):
